Tonights post is a 10 min cooking video from famed director
Robert Rodriguez. The guy makes a great video and a dish from the Yucatan called "Puerco Pilbil." It is a seasoned pork butt cooked for like 4 hours in bananna leaves and thrown over rice. Gunna try this dish this weekend, I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
